For 3D printing, we accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. For laser cutting and engraving, we work with vector formats like SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF. If you only have image files (JPG, PNG), our designers can convert them, though this may require additional processing time. Don't have a design file? No problem! Our design team can help create a custom design based on your ideas.

You'll receive digital proofs for approval before production begins, and we offer up to two rounds of revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Since all our products are custom-made to your specifications, we don't accept returns unless there's a manufacturing defect. We take great care to ensure the quality of each piece and send design proofs for your approval before production. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to make it right, either by remaking the item or offering a refund.
